European Network for Growth, Recovery and Human Autonomy
From 2027, mobile NOOStead environments — quiet rooms with a strongly reduced number of stimuli — set out from Poland to national projects across Europe. Every project is created with a local partner: for the growth, recovery and autonomy of the people who take part.
In Poland, the mobile environments carry the name WZMOCNIA: wzmocnia.pl
What the network is for
Growth
Time and a place for your own pace — in programmes led by specialists, in which people develop what matters to them.
Recovery
A break from stimuli after demanding work: quiet, darkness, no notifications — for as long as someone needs.
Autonomy
Nothing between you and your own thinking. No screen, no judging, and you can leave at any moment.
How a national project comes about
- 01
A partner invites
An organisation, university, foundation or host in a given country describes the aim of the project and the people it is for.
- 02
The environment arrives
A mobile environment stays on site for an agreed time. NIHILI delivers it, prepares it and looks after it.
- 03
People take part, partners describe
Participation is voluntary. Specialists and scientists run the programme with their own method and describe its course honestly.
Who makes the network
Organisations and employers
They invite the environment to their teams for a block of several days.
Hosts
Hotels and other places that host the environment and the people.
Specialists and scientists
They run programmes and projects with their own method, with an independent description of the results.
National partners
Foundations, universities and institutions with whom projects are created in a given country.
